Pamper yourself with honey
Honey is a magnificent sweetener and part of healthy diet, but it is also an effective ingredient in natural beauty treatments. Honey has moisturizing, therapeutic and cleansing properties when applied to face, hands, feet and hair.
A relaxing sauna treatment
Honey has long been used as a beautifying treatment used in tandem with Finnish sauna. Inside a mildly-heated sauna, spread honey on your body and relax while the liquid gold softens, rejuvenates and exfoliates your skin. Honey can be used alone or in skin treatments prepared with peat or mud. Enjoy in a sauna or just at home.
